Michael Buncher Practice Manager

Mr. Buncher is a newcomer to Hendersonville Pediatrics, P.A. and to western North Carolina. He is a native of St. Louis, MO and has lived in Kentucky, Ohio and now North Carolina. Throughout his career, Mike has worked to improve health care for children. He delights in contributing to the health and well-being of our local families and in supporting the wonderful physicians and staff that represent Hendersonville Pediatrics. Mr. Buncher completed his undergraduate degree in Business Administration at Benedictine College, Kansas and earned his Masters in Business Administration and his Masters in Public Health degrees from University of Missouri-Columbia.

William Dalton, Ph.D. Licensed Psychologist

Dr. William Dalton is originally from Corinth, MS, and earned his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology at Mississippi State University, a Master of Arts (MA) in Clinical Psychology at Appalachian State University, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Clinical Psychology at The University of Memphis. He completed his Pre-Doctoral Internship and Post-Doctoral Fellowship via Texas Children’s Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine with an emphasis in pediatric psychology. Dr. Dalton was an Associate Professor and Clinical Faculty in the Department of Psychology at East Tennessee State University where he was involved with both undergraduate and graduate teaching, research, clinical supervision, and service for 8 years. He is now a Licensed Psychologist in North Carolina and works as a Behavioral Health Consultant with Hendersonville Pediatrics' Advanced Care Team. Dr. Dalton specializes in early childhood mental health and behavioral health issues. He is married with 2 children and enjoys running, biking, swimming, camping, and other outdoor adventures with his family.


Becky Franks Brevard - Front Office Supervisor

Ms. Franks has been with Hendersonville Pediatrics, P.A. for over 10 years as the front office supervisor overseeing all patient scheduling, intake, discharge, and records handling functions for our Brevard office. Becky grew up in western North Carolina and enjoys a lifetime of being part of our beautiful community.


Debbie Landreth Business Office Supervisor

Ms. Landreth has been with Hendersonville Pediatrics, P.A. for over 30 years. Over the years, Debbie has seen many patients of years past grow to become parents of current patients. She now oversees our business office functions that include patient billing, bookkeeping, payroll, payables, and provider credentialing. Debbie has deep roots in western North Carolina and enjoys her long career with Hendersonville Pediatrics, P.A.


Dawnia Raines Hendersonville - Front Office Supervisor

Ms. Raines has been with Hendersonville Pediatrics, P.A. for over 10 years as the front office supervisor overseeing all patient scheduling, intake, discharge, and records handling function for our Hendersonville office. Dawnia grew up in western North Carolina and graduated from Brevard High School. She worked at Transylvania Regional Hospital and for Dr. Andrew Rogers before coming to work at Hendersonville Pediatrics, P.A.

Angela Stahr Clinical Support Staff Supervisor

Ms. Stahr has worked at Hendersonville Pediatrics, P.A. since 2010. She is responsible for training and supervising the medical assistants that support our providers in both offices. She also oversees compliance with federal and state clinical and OSHA regulations. Prior to working at Hendersonville Pediatrics, P.A. Angela worked at Allergy Partners and at Trend Mental Health. Michael Thomas Licensed Professional Counselor

Michael Thomas LPC graduated from Ohio State University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and went on to complete graduates school at San Diego State. At San Diego he received his Master’s Degree in Marriage Family Therapy with a specialization in Children and Adolescence. Michael also has experience in working with special needs children. Michael Thomas has been counseling in North Carolina for over 10 years and enjoys working with us as a member of our Advanced Care Team at Hendersonville Pediatrics. Michael is a guitar enthusiast who also enjoys fitness and traveling. Michael has been part of the making of several movie soundtracks and plans to do more.


Ruthie Newton Lab Supervisor

Ms. Newton recently returned to Hendersonville Pediatrics, P.A. providing much needed help in our in-house laboratory. She now serves as our Lab Supervisor responsible for lab oversight including day to day lab operations and its quality assurance program in compliance with COLA accreditation. Ruth also oversees medical supply and equipment purchases and inventory for our practice. Ruth has lived in Transylvania County her whole life and is proud to call Western N.C. her home.

Elizabeth Williams Licensed Psychological Associate

Dr. Elizabeth Conway Williams is a new member of the Hendersonville Pediatrics Behavioral Medicine team. She grew up in Spartanburg, South Carolina and received her Bachelor’s Degree from Furman University in Greenville, SC. She received both her Master’s (M.A.) and Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology from East Tennessee State University. There, she received specialized training in integrative primary care behavioral health practice. She spent a year as a Visiting Assistant Professor at East Tennessee State University before returning to practice. Dr. Williams is a Licensed Psychological Associate and is currently working toward full licensure as a Clinical Psychologist. In her spare time she enjoys paper crafting and going on outdoor adventures with her husband and two young children.
