New processes and changes in our daily schedule have been instituted to isolate well children from sick children at each of our locations.
If Your Child is Experiencing Flu-like Symptoms
PLEASE don't bring your child to your Pediatrician if they are exhibiting Flu-like symptoms. We don't have testing kits for Covid-19 and bringing your child to us will only prolong their time for getting diagnosed and treated. Check out our COVID-19 page for more information.
New Hours for Sick-Child and Well-Child Visits
New processes and changes in our daily schedule have been put in place to isolate well children from sick children at each of our locations. Anyone entering the building will be screened for a temperature, as well as asked specific questions that indicate their level of exposure to COVID-19. Also, patients needing well visits are asked to schedule appointments between 8am-12pm. Please schedule all other appointments in the afternoon for an in-person visit or telemedicine visit. This will limit exposure and allow patients to be seen for any concern.
The Hendersonville office will be open Sunday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
The Brevard office will be open Monday-Saturday, 8am-5pm.
Well-Child Recommended Visits
The CDC recommends that you continue well-child visits during this pandemic in order to maintain developmental surveillance and recommended vaccine schedules. The ages most pertinient for these visits include: Children from birth to 18 months, 4-5 year-olds, 11-12 year-olds and 16 year-olds.
New Patients Welcome!
Both offices of Hendersonville Pediatrics continue to accept new patients. Please call either office to schedule an appointment.
