Dear Hendersonville Pediatrics families,

We hope that you are safe and healthy. We are working hard to continue our commitment and dedication to the safety and wellbeing of our patients and their families. Our phones are on and our staff are here daily to assist you with appointments or questions (We are also open on the weekends). 

Our Hendersonville and Brevard doctors are seeing patients in our Brevard office and we now have availability to see some Hendersonville patients (by Hendersonville doctors) in a new Hendersonville location at 841 Case St. We are continuing to see well child check ups, sick visits, adhd, mental health visits. Please call for an appointment.

Dr. Darden Swords grew up in Tallahassee, FL and earned her undergraduate degree from Sewanee: The University of The South in TN. She graduated from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC and completed her residency at the University of Utah-Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT. Following residency, she practiced as a general pediatrician for three years in Pleasant Grove, Utah and then worked at Texas Children’s Urgent Care in Houston, TX. She and her husband, Doug, are delighted to raise their three young children in the mountains of Western North Carolina. She enjoys hiking, trail running, yoga, and traveling.
